Illegally parked shopping trolley!
In downtown Shinjuku, I spotted this lonely shopping trolley. In Japan anything with wheels is classified as a vehicle and can be given a parking ticket! Check out the red ticket!
It says on the ticket, that parking is illegal here and the vehicle will be removed at next inspection. I hope the poor homeless owner doesn't loose his wheels.
