Royal Righa Hotel - 31st Floor Executive!!
When we went to check into the hotel room, the staff told us it wasn't ready yet, so we went to lunch and came back an hour later. Upon returning, the room still wasn't ready, so we got upgraded to the executive top floor, 31st!! Nice big room and huge bathroom and great view.
